Determinants of Consumer Buying Behaviour in Quick Commerce
Main Article Content
Abstract
The way a consumer behaves during purchase forms the foundation of marketing. With the development in the retail shopping from traditional methods to e-commerce to quick commerce, consumer buying behaviour has also evolved. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) has been employed to examine the constructs including Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Service Quality, and Perceived Security. Statistical tests like Cronbach Alpha, KMO-Barlett’s Test, Rotated Matrices, Variance Matrices and communalities have been performed using SPSS tool. Performing EFA on the underlying variables opens up for further research to perform Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA).
