Main Article Content
Abstract
The growth and strength of a firm are symbolized by entrepreneurship, which calls for competence, skills, and knowledge. Researchers from a wide range of nations highlight the gender disparity in entrepreneurship choices for a number of socioeconomic factors. In India, the gender gap in labour force participation rates is smaller than the divide in the choice of entrepreneurship. This study was carried out to find out if students at India's Post Graduation of Haryana State have distinct views on gender when it comes to choosing entrepreneurship as their career path after graduation. In this age of technical advancements and digitization, aspiring engineers, both male and female, have many options for launching their own businesses. Respondents were chosen from among postgraduate students from different streams, both male and female, and the study was based on primary data. The statistical test of ANOVA across many groups of respondents reveals that there is difference in the degree of entrepreneurial mind-set between male and female postgraduate students of different streams. The current study's findings on gender bias in attitudes toward entrepreneurship differ from those of earlier research.
